Can you please explain why you gave me a 1 on this fast turn around swap. I know I did what was required and I sent them out on time. My sister dropped them off at the post office for me. I am confused on the rating. Jackie
Pam.....I was crushed when I saw you gave me a rating of a (1). How did I earn a (1)? I put a lot of time into making your notecards and I even sent extra's.
