One Great Recipe Swap #1- Lebanese Food

I am looking for some new recipes that are from other cultures. If there is a big enough response I will do more of these. The first one I am doing is for Lebanese Food. Please do not send a recipe for hummus unless it is a fancied up type of hummus.

For this swap you will have 2 partners that you will send 1 recipe to. It can be on a note card, a post card, recipe card or cute printer paper. The only requirements I have is that it can be easily read and looks nice.

I will allow newbies to join but you must have a filled out profile. Also no recent ones or threes.
