Hi there for all those reading this. I heard recently from a fellow swapper that Kris, known here on SB as Betsy Preston, passed away suddenly on 12 June, 2023. I have been exchanging PCs/letters with her intermittently ever since connecting through her wonderful CBPC swaps (my fav swap on SB) and I know I won't be the only person to miss her presence here and in the post. My thoughts are with her family at this most difficult time, reading the comments on the various obituary websites it is clear that she was loved in so many communities.
Thanks for hosting this fun swap. Just mailed mine off to recipients. So fun handing chunks of cardboard over to postal clerk and seeing them smile when they look them over before adding postage. Yay!
