I think being an art therapist is tre cool~ Its also awesome that you studied fine arts. I always envied people who studied fine arts because I would like to get a degree in fine arts but I only have a diploma in photography. (which i love.. just that i love conceptual stuff and theories too!)
I LOVE mushrooms too!! hehe.. I also have a blythe and two BJDs. :) I have a Volks FCS F-16 named Asano (my favourite doll ever.)

My favorite ghibli movie is Spirited Away, I like all the mythological Japanese creatures. I also like how it hinted at love, but reminds you love is not always exactly romantic and also that if someone seems evil, there's actually a duality.
I would love to go to Europe and honestly I've never been to Canada either!!! Are you in French Canada or English? I'm just curious! :) I love the BJD dolls too, but I kinda havea phobia so I don't think I'll ever get one.. but I like looking at pictures of how people customize them <3

I adore thrift shops, too! And we have the same tastes in tea, except Earl Grey. I really love handmade things, too! I admire your gift and hope you realize your dream of being an at therapist! we need more of you! Chocolate is my friend and archenemy since I'm diabetic. but there's nothing like milk chocolate melting in your mouth!
I, too, am a spiritual being. We all are for that matter, but for some of us the Veil is thinning!

Hi Jessie! This is for the "read and comment on your partner's profile" swap. I think it's great that you are studying to become an art therapist. I know that there are things that I can't say in words that come out in my collages, and there is nothing more therapeutic after a hard day than coming home to a glass of wine and some yarn, and making something useful or pretty (or both) out of raw material. I have seen some amazing art come from some troubled kids who I used to work with.
It's nice to meet a fellow Disney princess hater! Did you watch the latest Alice in Wonderland movie? I loved the cinematography, but I couldn't stand Alice. Too much Disney princess in the mix. Blech.
One of my next goals is to attempt soap making. I have had some success with bath salts and bath bombs, and I feel like its time to take the plunge. I never wanted to invest before because I didn't know what I would do with all the soap, but now that I have Swap-bot, my problems are solved! :)

I so admire anyone who can paint. My husband has always made his living as an artist in some way or another from airbrushing cars, painting, making models for video games now tattooing. I on the other hand cannot draw a stick figure with a ruler lol. But I am learning some and find things like collage and digital art very fullfilling.
I'm a HUGE Zelda nut! It's really the only video game I ever play and I've played them all lol. I get addicted and can't stop playing utill I've beat the game so I try not get started too often lol.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE thrift shops too. Unfortunatly most of the ones in my area aren't so great. But sometimes I can find some super cool buys! We do have some antique shops that I rummage threw on a weekly basis. I like to find old photos and papers and books to use in collage projects. I found a HUGE bag of old stamps that I'm just in love with not long ago.
I'm a spiritual person too. Crystals, stones and anything from the earth are all biggies in my house. I think our tastes run pretty similar in most things, but I do love red lol. I have an obsession with fairies and mushrooms lol.
I'm marking your etsy shop in my favorites so when post something new I'll be sure to see it. You do really great work!!
