About Me

I am nearly 26 and currently live with my two cats and four fish tanks (including one lovely betta). I'm also planning on adding a bearded dragon in the near future. It probably shouldn't be a surprise that I work at a pet store. The 'best job ever!' feeling hasn't worn off yet.

I am a full-time student working on a degree in Elementary Education. Actually one of my favorite parts about my job is being able to teach kids about the animals.

I read a lot, mostly fantasy, and I'm currently in the middle of two books and a serialized... web-book? Well, it's a story that someone is posting to their blog, and it's amazing. Heretical Edge by Ceruleanscrawling, if anyone is interested. I also like to think that someday I'll write a book, but those usually only exist as daydreams in my head until the next great idea comes along.

I don't do a ton of crafts (small apartment with cats that get into everything), so instead I live vicariously through Youtube. Doll repaints look amazing. Sculptures of any kind are awesome. DIY stickers? Costuming? If only I had unlimited space... and time... and money... Sigh.
