I'm a mother, writer, photographer, graphic designer, artist, teacher, and general pursuer of all things creative. I live in Seattle with my husband, my teenage son and daughter, two cats, two dogs, and two chickens.

Happy by nature, I'm a believer that every person can create something beautiful and I love the idea of swapping beauty instead of selling it.

Comment: Michelle, this is such a lovely ATC, and presented so beautifully in a vintage French book page pocket...thank you so much! I often wonder, when I see photos of vintage ladies...were they happy? Did they have fulfilling lives? I'm a child of the 50's and 60's, and as I recall, other than the typical marital problems (I was a champion eavesdropper), they were happy and fulfilled. And they spent a lot more time with each other than I ever did with my friends. Maybe there's something to the "ideal" life of a mid-century housewife!

PRIVATE: 5x7 Art Journal

I got my first ever journal back and you were the first person to decorate pages and I was BLOWN away, no pun intended, by your drawing of a little girl blowing bubbles. It was black pages journal and you set the bar so high!!! When I bought the journal, especially with black pages, I was hoping for bubbles so you read my mind and I am so happy!
