In a former life I was a radio DJ. So I love it all. I have a song for everything! Mix tapes say more than any words...

I love to rock, hard! I love to dance. I love swing music and old school crooners...

Favorite Books

Zines!! Edgar Allen Poe, Lovecraft, old horror and suspense and true crime. Mystery is also great.

Favorite Movies

Anything Tarantino or Cohen Brothers. B Horror and Grindhouse, Hitchcock, classic Hollywood.

Favorite Crafts

Resin, Art journaling, decoden, cross stitch, painting, ATC, beading, jewelry making, dollhouse miniatures, up cycling jewelry, polymer clay. I love creating in many mediums! I also do a lot of illustrating and street art stencils. Decoupage!, making paper beads. Rubber stamping. Paper crafting. Gelli printing! I have a lot of fun with this.

Friendship sheets, books, slams, crams, decos, x-slips, goodie bags, memo bags etc. I also enjoy making items for people as well!

Other hobbies

Stamp collecting, hiking, coin collecting, playing music, antiquing, geocaching, exploring, old school video games from the 80s and 90s

Likes and Dislikes

If you send stamps, please do not cut off the perforations or trim them.

I'm pretty easy going when it comes to things. I guess you could say my profile covers the things that i really like,. I enjoy getting things related to my hobbies and interests, but i am always open to trying new things.

I love fall and Halloween. I love kawaii and Hello Kitty so much!

When it comes to colors i am also pretty open. I think they are all pretty.

When it comes to tea, I like trying new ones. I love Nordqvist Teas and Pickwick teas.

I've also discovered that I like handmade postcards. I got one and it was delightful. I was wary of how they would hold up through the mail. I want to venture out and start making handmade ones for people.

Dislikes, Profanity and nudity just for the sake of it. In context, its fine, but i don't like it shock value.

Private Trades and Swaps

I am always up for private trades and swaps. Including but not limited to. Vintage unused postage stamps, rubber stamps, ink pads, post cards, faux postage, mail art, ephemera for mail art, magazine cut outs, collage materials etc..

Comment: Hi! I think I got your swap, a handmade book full of little people and dogs! It’s so amazing! The envelope was torn open on the side so the identifier must have fallen out, but this is the swap that makes the most sense for it 😊 it’s so beautiful!

I don't know what happened these 2 last years, but I'm glad to send it with the next round. (So glad I have an Excel sheet.....)

Comment: Final update: arrived 9-27-19. Thank you!! I sent a message approx. 11/30 about not receiving this swap. She replied within a couple days saying that all the mail she'd sent out had never arrived. She said that she'd work on resending all the missing swaps that weekend. On Dec. 12 I sent her a message asking if she'd resent because it hadn't arrived, either. Today (12/18), SB indicates that the message of 12/12 remains unread. I sent her one final message to say that I'd be rating this 1 and will rerate if the FBs ever arrive. Update (6-26-19): I was messaged on June 1 about a resend, so I supplied my address. I wasn't given a resend date and still haven't received anything.

Comment: Re-rating: This swap is from Nov 2017 but it just now made it to me in August 2019. You sent it to my mother's house in Texas and she forwarded it on to me. (There's no postage date so I can't see when it went through the mail system, but thanks very much for the note inside with date of swap and date sent.) And thanks for the fun map envie!
