Actually yes. They film about 30 - 50 miles from where I live. The "farm" and the "Bar" from Season 2, was filmed about 10 minutes from my mother's house. When they talk about Georgia Tech, Stone Mountain, and Macon, that is all within a very short driving distance. (In fact Macon is less that 15 minutes). Maybe I will look into kidnapping them...I'll get back in touch with you if I am able to pull it off. :P
If someone does indeed kidnap Norman Reedus for you, would you please have them also kidnap Andrew Lincoln and send him on down to Georgia for me. Thanks bunches!
