I hadn't seen a rating go up yet and it had me a little concerned that my swap may not have reached you.
I have never sent to the Philippines before, so I am not sure how long to expect it to take, but please touch base with me and let me know if you haven't received and I will send a second out for you.
I didn't think to photograph the envelope before I sent it out, but that is a great idea, and I will have to start doing that in the future.

In case other sending partners wonder what's taking so long: I emailed Elena photos of the contents of the swap as well as the outside of the envelope, as she requested. The envelope of postcards took 5 weeks to arrive - similar to average travel time for Postcrossing postcards. Elena rated me promptly when she received the swap.
