Hi, I'm Deidre, a 44 yo stationery addict and I live in the beautiful Shuswap, British Columbia CANADA. I've loved paper goods since I was young and have been collecting and sharing and swapping and also making some of my own products. My Etsy shop isn't currently open but I'd love to do some swaps again (it's been over 10 years!)

Me and my hubby love the outdoors - skiing/boarding, mountain biking, swimming/SUP, camping, horseback riding. We looove cooking; he's always trying new recipes while I am usually cooking up a fave soup recipe:)

Sept 25 2025: It looks like Canada Post is on strike again sigh Sadly I will have to cancel some swaps! Hope to be back soon:)

February 2026: patience people, mail times are definitely all over right now! If you haven't received I do take photos of all the outgoing swaps if you need some re-assurance!

My dad was born in BC, Pinegrove to be exact. I have never been there and would love to visit one day...it would be a bitter sweet experience but definitely more than a bucket list item for me. My grandparents and dad were in the internment camps in Lillooet, BC, and I know there's much more to learn about them. My mom remembers alot from convo's with my grandma. Comment: Ended up in hospital hence the delay, finally read your letters today and they were delightful!! We have similar tastes in books, I read the Rosie Project years ago and gave it 4 stars on Goodreads (which is very good for me...I'm really picky, most books get 3's) There are only like 15 that got 5's and Harry Potter took 7 of those LOL. I plan to write you back, lots to respond to. Thank you for the fuzzy Canadian flag stickers....Sandylion was my childhood! Wishing you well and hope you had a nice birthday in the meantime...might take a little while to write back as I've been sick for 3 weeks and have a pile of stuff to catch up on and am still struggling with various symptoms but slowly on the mend I hope.
