Comment: I have changed the rating on this swap (4-24-13) In todays mail I received this swap and as far as I can tell it was mailed on 2-11-13...love the postal services. Also it came registered, but the postal clerk here in the US seemed to think it was some sort of US Postal registration that made me sign for the package. Everything was great and well thought out. I hope you can understand this, if not please take it to your language school for a translation. Thank you again.
