If you win an out of state lottery ticket, all you need to do is go to their website and get the address to send it in if it is not on the back of the ticket.. I have done it plenty of times. It is not hard to get your money.

EXTRA For each 10th person that signs up, I will do a drawing and send some lucky person or persons $1 Lottery Tickets from here in PA. So the more people that join the more chances to get a free ticket from Me.

QtPie, I love the scratch off's or as I call them rub offs LOL.....When ever we travel to another state I have to buy them There is a Pink Panther one here I am going to send out and I am going to look for another cool one to send with it.......
