♥Inspire Your Heart w/Art♥ ATC

Did you know that Jan. 31st is "Inspire Your Heart With Art Day"? Well it is. It is actually one of those weird/crazy/different holidays you Don't usually see on your calendar. I was looking at some different ones and have decided to do a yearly series of these swaps with a different one each month. It will either celebrate a certain day, week or whole month. So to start it off January 31st Inspire your Heart with Art Day you will create an ATC that inspires your Heart and hopefully that of your partner. However you create your ATC is up to you. This will be a senders choice.
♥Must be rated 4.95 or better
♥ No unrated or poorly rated swappers
♥No recent or unexplained 1's or 3's
♥Must have 5 rated type 3 swaps
♥I will be checking profiles, ratings, questionable swappers lists, flakers lists, PF for problem swappers/raters and I will ban. As the host I have that right to protect good swappers.
