Please no extras when sending to me. I have received so many wonderful extras & the love & thoughtfulness is beyond amazing. I have limited craft space here at mom & dad’s. I don’t have the space nor the storage area like I had back home in Kansas. And I’m running out of storage space. Your swaps are not rated on the extras you tuck in, you are rated a 5 & ❤️ for your creativity and art that you create for me..

June 2018: Time for update.
Hi & welcome to my profile! I’m a down to earth Texas country girl. Grew up in small town & now living in the country. Where you can sit on the porch at night and listen to the coyotes & watch the fireflies. I am married to the love of my life that actually supports all that I do, be it shopping online for craft supplies to being my parents caregiver! In January he retired from his job in Kansas, packed most of our stuff, locked the house (we actually have someone looking out for the place) and came to Tx. I’m so glad to have him here!
I’m a mom to 2 daughters (2 son-in-laws), a Mimi to 6 grandkids (1 grand-daughter-in-law) and 2 precious GREAT grand children (boy & girl). Great grandbaby #3 A BOY due Dec 17, 2018. Soooo excited!!
And a mom to one fur baby Skeeter, a Chihuahua-Italian Greyhound mix. He’s ROTTEN!
I am my parents main caregiver. Mom has Alzheimer's & dad has Parkinson's. Mom was put on Hospice in May 2017 & is in the final stage. Since last November in my last update Dad is no longer able to walk. He can stand holding on to something but can’t move his legs. He’s 6’ 3” probably 260+. With their personal care, meal preps, feedings, laundry, housework, by 10 pm I fall in bed, lol. I have a couple hours of "free time" during the afternoon while they nap that I can sit down and work on crafts. My stress relief.
I left swap-bot nearly 3 years ago. I Flaked & had a 1. I wasn't proud of it. It has bugged me all the time I was gone. I contacted her to make swap up. It shows from tracking # it was received. She has received the swap & re-rated me. I will keep the 3 to remind me that sometimes life gets me down, but in the end I know to get up, dust myself off and keep going
We live in rural area. I am only able to leave the house once a week when I have someone to come sit with mom & dad. So I have bought a postal scale & stocked up on stamps. And if I'm in doubt on amount I will add extra stamps. So if EVER you get postage due from me please please let me know & I will send you stamps to cover. I will put my swap in the mailbox in the mornings, mail runs between noon & 3pm. I will not mark sent until any swaps have been picked up by postal carrier. Our PO closes at 3:30. So anything picked up at our rural mailbox will not be post marked til next day for those of you that check dates. And anything picked up Saturday will not be post marked til Monday. I keep track of my swaps when I send & start worrying after about a week when they are being sent in US. You may get a message from me when I feel like it's been an ample amount of time to arrive just checking with you. That way I can start on a resend. I rate as I open my swaps the day they arrive. If I haven't rated you, please contact me. It either means I got sidetracked with caring for my mom or it hasn't arrived. Ratings are important to all of us. I ask the same from you upon receiving from me. Thanks.

As I finish my swaps I will upload pictures to my Flickr account. So if you want to be surprised don't peek. But I would like any and all comments on pictures.
Tagged @stephielentz 7/17 for journal cards and washi samples in Pick Two! Tag game. I don’t think she will follow through.
