Description:

I was thinking, blankets seem to be the obvious choice when figuring out how to put all your granny squares together...but why not do something else, something different? So I decided to start a series of swaps for the group that will culminate in a scarf made of granny squares.

For each swap you will have 2 partners. For each partner you will make 1 granny square. These can be knitted or crocheted. They can be traditional or out of the box. But they must fit the following guidelines:

  • Must be 4 in x 4 in square

  • Must be from some sort of yarn other than the old, scratchy red-heart. The newer red hearts and other softer acrylics are fine.

  • Must be done in one of your partner's color choices. After you have joined the swap please list in the comments below your top 3 color choices for this scarf. Be sure you wouldn't mind them being together, as the full project may result in any of those 3 colors.

No flakers! But as always, I angel all my swaps if needed. I will check ratings, but ask no unexplained 1s or 3s in the last 6 months and no no-sends at all.
