Send 2 partners a copy of one of the free real estate booklets/publications that can be found in grocery stores, convenience stores, etc. Sometimes they are magazine or quarter-fold size, sometimes in the form of a newspaper or maybe your local paper has a pull-out real estate section. Just be sure there are pictures and prices in the booklet/publication you send.
