Description:

There's something special about all the seasons but Christmas lends itself to many many hopes and dreams, ideas and lists, coziness and comfort.

For this holiday season send your one partner a white or predominately white swap package. There are a lot of possibilites here! Send 4 items and the following list is an idea list:

♥ white ornament - well handmade or bought (maybe you crochet or even carve!)

♥ white tea candles

♥ napkins

♥ white tea or white hot chocolate (if that's what your partner drinks)

♥ a Christmas journal

♥ Kernals Popcorn ...I don't know in how many places the Kernals Popcorn shop is but they have fantastic flavours and it can be sent for Christmas!

♥ note card

♥ unsigned Christmas card that they can use to send out

♥ memo pad ...it doesn't have to be a Christmas one. That way it's very usable after the holidays (but winter themed).

♥ something in white/predominately white, made with polymer clay

♥ a new pair of earrings ..does your partner mention if they like the tiny ones or dangling ones

♥ recipes for white cookies or cakes or squares or candy

♥ a cute little snowman

♥ pks of dips for vegetables/crackers

♥ scarf

♥ maybe a white Christmas stocking filled with white!

There's a lot of time to put things together for this ~ wishing everyone a beautiful Christmas season!

** Note: it would be nice to wrap your items in some Christmas tissue, altho not a requirement.

i love this idea, i wish it was a USA swap, any chance you would make a USA only one?

I would like to add that there are many places to buy things on sale, very nice things and this needn't be costly ~ mostly up to the sender. Some of you can crochet snowflakes and so on, that is really nice and personal. Some people can paint a beautiful picture on good cardstock. There are many possiblities.

Don't get things from the dollar store. What I like to buy there are Christmas tins and boxes ~ those are sturdy. I put many of my family's gifts in these very decorative boxes. It's much nicer for you to be able to put it in a bubble envelope, less weight.

Not everyone lives in the U.S!

Please no/NO candles, or tree ornaments. Thank you.

I like small pierced earings (long-shaped face and older)

Can some of them be handmade

pinkrenegade 10/16/2012 #

Yes @hollydays you can make some things. As you read through the list of ideas or possibilites it is mentioned about crocheting something or using polymer clay, or wherever one's gifting lies ...so some things can be made.

I normally don't like the color White, but for this swap just disregard that on my dislikes list...I love myself a White Christmas.

I really like White Doves, Feathers, Snow, Glitter & can always use cute hats & hair accessories.

I favor off White rather than pure white.

I don't like White tea but I do like White chocolate.

Please don't send marshmallows as I am a Vegetarian.

Hi @myslideshowlife Thanks for joining in this swap. In the description of this swap it does say white or predominately white, so I'm sure you'll have some colour as well. :o)

I'm glad you and others have put out some likes and dislikes. It's very helpful!

My partner @razzledazzle86 flaked on me, swap is not even marked as sent & was rated with a 1...my message to her is still marked unread :(
