Description:

Doodle or draw a Happy Friendly Monster Postcard Simple or detailed some of us are awesome drawers, some, like me, are the ones that can only be simple.

Look at your partners do not like and/or do not send list. Respect that. But then the rest of the monster then is your choice.

In other words a person that hates pink it should not be sent a pink monster.

A person that says no religion there should not be sent a religious monster.

Alas, you can send a tall monster a short one, a fat one, a green one as long as green is an OK color.

A long haired one, a short haired one, a no haired one.

A toothless one a kissy one, one with 25 eyes or 100 eyes or no eyes or any number in between or higher. As long as it is a happy monster it can look any way.

Handsome sure, ugly better.

Pretty ok, homely awesome.

The monster can be earthly or outer spaceish, it can be a monster based on your favorite animal

your best friend or the uncle that makes you laughs a lot.

It can be sitting, standing, dancing, talking, running, laughing and/or walking. Or just smiling!

As long as what it is doing, is friendly.

Embellishments are OK, and up to the sender.

Please do not rate on whether you like the monster, as long as it is not mean looking and is not on your dislike list, please rate your partner a 5.

If you think it is mean, you may want to PM your partner, because some smiles and looks can be taken both ways. However, I would believe the partner tried. (It really is hard to draw a happy face)

Hearts are up to you.

This is open for new Postcard makers, since the drawing can be an easy one. So please remember the measurements may not be spot on, but if the are close, then please rate a five.

Postcards should be no larger than 5 inches by 7 inches (12.70 cm by 17.78 cm) and no smaller than 3 ½ inches by 5 inches.(8.89cm by 12.70cm)

Now saying what I did earlier means tiny amounts off, not a ¼ of an inch. Name of the monster should be on the back as well as user name and swap name. Name must be friendly also. You can send a note if you wish, but that should be enough information for your partner to rate you.

You may also include other information on the back. I like to date the few I have made from start date to the day I finish it.

DonÒ€ℒt do Postcards ? Rather make an ATC? I have a similar swap for those.

This sounds fun but I've never made a PC before. Would I just use some sturdy white cardboard and draw on it or do I need to cover the drawing somehow?

You could choose to cover it with clear tape to protect it,. Or you could use strong enough markers so the picture would be safe. I have also used plastic wrap carefully 'cooked' on the card.

Are we sending this 'naked?'

I was going to assign partners last night after my business got done. and then I got lost three times in this strange city and was so nervious by the time I got back to the hotel, I could only think of getting me a GPS......

Send how you want to, as long as there is a note on the back of the monsters name and the swap name and your user name.
