I was inspired by @fawnscrafts swap for the Happy, Friendly Monster ATC, in which I drew the monster above. She gave me her permission to start a series of ATCs of happy monsters in various colors.

As with her swap, you will draw an original creation of your own happy monster. This should be pleasant and happy, not scary, but otherwise you can be as creative as you wish. It can be furry or scaly, skinny or fat, as long as it is happy and BLUE for this round.

You will be drawing one ATC for one partner. Please give your monster a name, and write it on the back of your atc along with your name, date, and the swap name.

You must have good ratings, and no recent 1's or 3's. Newbies are welcome with a completed profile. These are not profile specific, so you can begin creating your monsters right away.

Any questions, please ask.

Can you define what you consider drawing? Is using glitter glue, stickers and other embellishments acceptable? I received one in the orange swap that was made with those elements only. When I looked on some of the others Flickr they were definitely hand drawn with pens and color pencils.

I was the first who started this swap and in my opinion, it should be hand drawn at least in part. for that matter most of it should be. How ever I am not the host for this one. PM her and let her know and go from there.

I do a lot of work to draw ,my monsters and usually go through four or more before sending the one I chose to send, so someone not drawing, I would not be happy about. My mobsters all have a story also, to that adds to the work.

It should be drawn with pens, pencils, markers, paints, inks, etc. There should not be stickers on this. You can cut your hand drawn image and attach it to background paper, but the focus should be on your hand drawn monster.

Thank you for your comments. I received the purple one today and its not drawn either....not even partial. So far I've received one drawn monster. I may not be the best at drawing but my partners have liked my work. I can appreciate the work that goes into drawing and I don't send anything out that I am not happy with.
