Description:

Let's ring in the New Chinese New Year & Celebrate Tet! It's the Year of the Snake for Tet which falls on February 10, 2013 & Chinese New Year! I love anything with an Asian/Oriental theme & I am half Vietnamese & I love to collect items from Tet or the Chinese New Year every year. I love to see what new stamps come out & other pieces of ephemera for each new year. If you love the Asian/Oriental theme, then please join my swap! For this swap, you will have 1 partner & you will send 5 pieces of Asian/Oriental themed items via snail mail. This is Sender's Choice. Some examples are/but not limited to:

  • Asian/Oriental themed ATCs
  • Red envelopes
  • Postcards (Asian/Oriental theme)
  • Joss papers
  • Fortunes from Fortune cookies
  • Chop Sticks
  • Postage Stamps (new/used Asian/Oriental theme)
  • Asian/Oriental book pages
  • Museum brochures from an Asian/Oriental Art Museum or tourist destination.

Please, no flakers. I will Angel if necessary, but I hope everyone will send since these are items that are given out almost free anyways. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact me. Have fun & happy swapping!

It can be any Asian-esque item? Like Japanese fan? Or small doll? Origami paper/book? ect ect

Aw, first time getting hooked up to a flaker. After saying my parcel was going to be posted the next morning I have never received anything, nor did my partner reply to PM's. :(
