I want to join the swap, but another swapper from my state signed up before me, what can I do ???

Answer: If you have lots of new touristy pc from another state..you can sign up for that state as well...for example, you are from Idaho...but another swapper sign up for Idaho already...In that case, you can still join the swap if you have lots of postcards from Minnesota. And that means you have to send 4 Minnesota pc to your partner.
