Saturday is the first day of trout season in PA (USA). This is normally a very big day in this area. The sides of the roads will be lined with cars of people going fishing. So to celebrate we are going to make a fishing ATC. Theme is up to your interpretation but it must be about fishing, the act of fishing not just fish. All ATC rules do apply. only 4.98 are permitted. One partner and international are invited. | |
