You are what you eat. So, show us what you are made of! For this swap, you will create a handmade recipe book of recipes that you use. This will require a lot of time, effort, and creativity. Make your creation something useful and something your partner will treasure. There should be at least twenty recipes. If you make "sections" in your book (eg. Main dishes, beverages, soups), please include at least one recipe in each section. You may enlist the aid of your computer or a local print shop for help, but please keep the "feel" of the book handmade. As a courtesy, you may take into account your partner's dietary concerns, but this swap is about your favorite recipes, not the recipient's. Please include a bit of trivia, factoid, or history with each recipe. Was this grandma's recipe? Is it your son's favorite? Is a tomato a vegetable or a fruit? You must have 15 hearts to play. No no-sends. This is a US only swap. Enjoy!

this sounds like fun! I'm always looking for new, and healthy, food to make for my family! we eat all meat....not much pork though...and pasta dishes.I'm happy that it's a swap that I can complete before partners are assigned too (mostly, anyway).

So glad you joined! Yes, it is very helpful when u can get a head start on a swap. Feeling rushed squashes my creativity. I have been working on mine and keep "improving" on my design each time I work on it.

Warning to my partner: My recipe book to you is an experiment. I am using this swap to design the prototype for my Christmas gifts to family and friends this year. I may ask for a critique from u! :)
