Your swap mentions newbies are welcomed, but as a newbie, I get a note stating "you do not meet the minimum requirement to join this swap"? Am I missing anything? Thanks S

I was super impressed by the last swap, I got rated by every single partner I sent to! :D Wish I could join this swap but I'll be at band camp during the time. Hope everyone has fun with it!

I'm also getting the "You do not meet the minimum rating requirement to join this swap..". I'm guessing this is due to the "Rating requirement: 4.75" ? Swaps where newbies are welcomed have the option "unrated swappers allowed" with the requirements.
