Description:

You will answer the following 16 questions, but here's the catch, the questions must be answered in only doodles! :D So you must doodle your answers. For example, for the weather question (question seven) you might doodle a sun or a rain cloud.

IT IS OKAY TO WRITE WHAT YOUR DOODLE IS OF UNDERNEATH THE DOODLE. That way your partner will know for sure what you have drawn if you think they might not know.:)

This is a great swap for doodlers of all abilities! :) Whether you draw stick people or you're Picasso, anyone can join! :)

The Questions:

  1. What is your favorite type of weather?
  2. What kind of pets do you have? (or dream pets)
  3. What is your favorite food?
  4. What does your perfect day consist of?
  5. What is something you collect?
  6. Which season is your favorite?
  7. What is the weather like today where you live?
  8. What is your favorite color?
  9. Where would you like to travel?
  10. What is your favorite beverage?
  11. What means the most to you?
  12. What is one of your hobbies?
  13. What is your favorite thing about summer?
  14. What is something you couldn't live without?
  15. What do you look like?
  16. What is your favorite animal?

Simply write down the question number, doodle your response and mail out to your partner. :)

Doodles do not have to be complex, just whatever is on your mind! Doodles do not HAVE to be colored but can be if you'd want to color them. Any kind of paper can be used- stationary, printer paper or even lined notebook paper. It is completely senders choice.

This is an easy and simple swap so please don't flake! :) HINT: Can't get enough doodling? Join the International version too! :)

Does this have to be done in a certain size? Also should it be on seperate pages or a journal?

It can be on separate pages or a journal. Senders choice. I will probably be doing mine on separate sheets :) any size, any kind of paper. Senders choice :)

Important Reminders for Doodle Dandy:

*The requirements for a 5 are only that you receive the envelope containing the doodles and that it has 16 different doodle questions!!!!!!

*IT IS NOT REQUIRED TO USE PRETTY STATIONARY! LINED NOTEBOOK PAPER, PRINTER PAPER OR CARD STOCK ARE PERFECTLY FINE TO USE. I will be using lined paper because I feel like it's the easiest to write and draw on.

*IT IS NOT REQUIRED TO COLOR YOUR DOODLES. If you want to, feel free but some of us don't enjoy coloring and would prefer to shade with pen/pencil or just do line art.

*****IT IS NOT REQUIRED TO INCLUDE A TUCK-IN OF ANY KIND. If you'd like to you can, but this is not an item swap, it is a doodle swap.

Please don't rate your partner down for any of those reasons. If you receive the doodle letter from them on time, rate a 5. This swap is very sender's choice. The main objective I had for creating this swap is to provide some time for swappers to doodle and maybe relieve some of their stress and just reflect on some things that make them happy. Sometimes it's good to be reminded of all the simple things that make you happy that sometimes with the busyness of life, you forget all about. I hope this swap does something for you and that it makes you a bit happier no matter what you are going through!

xoxo, Liberty.
