I would love to do this one, but I haven't seen empty cigar boxes around at any stores lately...any ideas for where to pick one up?

If we can't find a wooden cigar box and use a cardboard one, what size should it be?

funkykchicken 12/17/2006 #

I get mine from the local smoke shop.I think thats what they call them the "smoke shop".You could use if you have to a school box.Normally wherever they sell cigars they will have some. The wooden ones i buy i have to purchase the last cigar.I just give the cigar to my uncle.

Just type into your search box "smoke shop in "here put your town and state" and it will come up with some.

Great suggestions...strange...I don't know where in town there is such a shop. I will have to check out the internet...if I can find one by the 28th I will sign on.

Funky Chicken -- no, my hometown is Seattle, but I live in Eugene, Oregon...much smaller town...

I'm going to have to stay out on this one, since I still haven't found a box and today's the last day. I hope some of you will post what you make...I think this would be fun.

Maybe next time...

Hi Kathie, I mailed out your box today and I enjoyed so much making it and it is full of goodies. I really hope you like it. They said it could take up to 10 to get to the UK I really hope it doesnt take that long. I did take a picture of it and I will try to send it to you. Take care Cathy Jewell

Here I am again not receiving anything. This really hurts. This has been the 6th swap I havent received anything. I take alot of time to mail nice things to people and I feel it's not right. I wish when someone signs up for something they need to do what they signed up for. Cathy
