I am late sending out the following swaps mail from the village, view from a window, toy/action figure p/c, handmade kawaii, HMPC-Y, tiny paper 3, I can only appologise to my partners for these swaps and will send out asap.**

I live with my husband and our house rabbit Mina(a dwarf lop who thinks she's a dog!) on campus at the Steiner school where we work, we actually live in with a group of teenage boys with learning disabilities and behaviour problems, it is challanging at times but a lot of fun! We have not yet been blessed with children. I have chemical depression and have been unable to work for the past few months or leave the house (hopefully our new place will help with this) so crafting and swapping are a life line for me. I have a website where I'm just starting to keep a blog and display my craft work. My greatest dream is to make a living from crafting.

I like doing private swaps and will do these with newbies to help them boost their rating, just send me a message if you want to swap anything like postcards, stickers or ATC's.

I will reuse packaging as much as possible and would like it if people would send to me in reused packaging.

I am happy to recieve secondhand items as long as they are in reasonable condition.

I am just getting back into pen pals again and discovering FB's, Decos and mail art etc, so anything related to these is much appreciated.

CRAFTS SUPPLIES; I love anything crafty, especially papers, ephemera, vintage items, origami, inks, rubber stamps in particular unmounted polymer stamps, buttons, ribbons, brads, charms, beads, fabric and small items which I can alter such as tins or bottle caps.

STATIONARY; kawaii stuff is my favourite but anything cute, pretty or funky is very welcome. I love/ am obsessed with mechanical pencils! I can't get enough of note/writting paper, memo pads and sheets, letter sets, postcards, stickers, deco tapes and funky little things like clips and rubbers.

KAWAII; I like all kawaii but my favourites are Hello Kitty, Hamtaro, Miffy, Cinamonroll, My Melody, Sugarbunnies, Tofu and kawaii foods. I like discovering new characters though so please feel free to send me any.

POSTCARDS; I prefer them sent without envelopes and with real stamps but you must do what is best for you. If you are sending a card in an envelope I would really like it if you could still treat it as if you were posting it, by this I mean address it and if at all possible add a low value stamp such as 1p so it looks like it has been posted! (if you are sending several blank cards for a swap I would like it if you could do this with one card so that I can keep it as a reminder of the swap ans add it to my collection).I love cards from other countries, art work, sculptues, architecture, black and white photographs, vintage, beautiful images of nature and anything related to anything in my likes! Handmade is always a winner with me. I am making a gallery of postcards I have to offer on my web site if anyone is interested in swapping!

FOOD; These are some of the things I like; herbal or fruit tea, dried fruits, candies, chocolate, chips(crisps) and cookies. I LOVE marshmallowfluff, if anyone could send me any of this i would be sooo happy as it is hard to get it here!

FAVOURITE COLOURS; I like my colour either jewel bright/rich or pastel in the following shade; purple, blue, turqoise, pink, brown, cream/beige(unbleached cotton colour) and silver.

COLLECTIONS; I collect things with Hello Kitty, dragons and me to you bears/tatty teddy (the ones with blue noses). I also collect postcards, world coins, used postage stamps, used metal bottle caps from around the world.

OTHER STUFF; fabric/reusable shopping bags, dragons, rabbits, fish, frogs, giraffes for my hubby, diddle or other mice for my Mumrainbows, healing crystals (tumbled stones), kids/unusual flavoured toothpaste (fruit flavours, not mint), lip balms, buddhas, butterflies, eco-friendly things, fair trade items, organic items, things for my rabbit, anything cute, oriental or african.

I LOVE SURPRISES so I love pretty much everything I recieve, especially if it's handmade.

DISLIKES;I don't want to be picky and will pass on anything I don't like but if you can then avoid; non-herbal tea, coffee, carbonated soft drinks and white chocolate. I don't really like the colours red, black, orange, yellow and gold, although they are fine in small amounts and in combinations with other colours, I don't like flourescent colous. I would also prefer not to recieve cosmetic or toiletary items (apart from lip balms) as I tend to be allergic to them unless they are really natural, or organic!

I was raised as a protestant and still have a spiritual outlook but I am not currantly devoted to any one religion although I am particularly interested in the Buddhism, caodaism and the Bahai faith. I would like to find out more about all religions and would be happy if you would share your beliefs with me.

I try to be "green" where ever I can and perhaps this is my religion. I compost and recycle, try to eat organic and reduce my carbon footprint any way I can. I believe in the 3R's; Reduce, Reuse and Recycle and love making art/craft projects out of recycled materials.

I love sci-fi and supernatural, some of my favourites are stargate, Serenity, Threshold, dr who, terminator, heros, bionic woman, Torchwood, supernatural, moonlight, Buffy and Angel as well as bones(hum I see a trend here!)and some reality shows like Next top model, project cat walk, Biggest Looser and american Idol.

I do enjoy a variety of crafts but my favourites are crapbooking, altered art, ATC's and card making. I also like sewing and embriodery, bead work and jewellery making and do these quite oftern.

I have has a go at lots of different crafts and love trying new things. I still dabble in glass painting, weaving, soap making, crossstitch, embroidery, quilting, cake decorating to name a few!

No matter how hard I try I don't seam to be able to knit or crochet, Ias soon as I stop I seem to forget what to do!If someone could teach me I would love them forever!

I'm not exactly hip with my music taste, lots of classic rock, country, 60's and 70's but also contemporary easy listening and world music, brit pop and indie, having said that I also love Eminem and The Streets so most stuff I guess!

I love movies and my taste is varied, sci-fi and horror (especially featuring vampires!) are top of the list but I'm a fan of the rom-com when I want to kick back. Actually my husband is a movie buff so I usually watch amything he recommends plus some girly stuff he doesn't!

I love reading, I'm dyslexic and couldn't read untill I was in secondary school so I guess I'm making up for lost time! I BookCross under the name of Littledragon. My favourite genres are horror (especially if theres a Vampire!),classic novels such as Jane Austen, and travel journals or fiction set in other cuntries and cultures. I also read some chick lit from time to time when i don't want to have to think!
