The same. How many stamps or allowed?

newrule 03/ 6/2014 #

1) Paste at least 3 nice stamps (see photo - Example of commemorative stamps) on the envelope. 2) You can add more or use definitives stamps to make sufficient postage. 3) You put ad postcard or any thick paper to avoid envelope from damage. 4) You can add anything flat like postcards or stamps or anything as extras to your partner. But this is not necessary! 5) Swap is to exchange envelopes with nice commemorative stamps!

Hope I have explained it well!! Let me know if I need to explain further!

whats your definition for commemorative? i want to make sure that i do it correctly... thanks

newrule 03/10/2014 #

Wingy - please see photo for example of commemorative stamps! They are actually special issued stamps. For US, Harry Potter stamps are example of comm stamps....

A commemorative stamp is a postage stamp, often issued on a significant date such as an anniversary, to honor or commemorate a place, event, person, or object. For US stamps, it's generally any of the ones you wouldn't normally see. Generally speaking, the flag and/or flower stamps issued by the USPS are not commemorative.
