Rules: Sender's choice! Your will send each partner 10 samples of washi tape. Each sample must measure: 24 inches in length. Make sure to wrap the washi samples on something safe; I like to use playing cards. No plastic/deco tapes, make sure they are the washi kind. DO NOT SEND DIRTY OR UNUSABLE WASHI SAMPLES! I will angel if needed!:D

So you will allow an unrated swapper but not someone who had 1 rating of 3 like 5 years ago? Can you change the requirement?

Dear partner, Pls do send me washi tapes. Otherwise I will be stern with my ratings. I've been getting deco & "plastics" tapes :(
