Description:

Let's take some quality, personal time and reflect upon 2014.

You can print out the questions on pretty paper and then write your answer in your own handwriting. This exercise is about being honest with yourself and also putting trust in sharing some personal stuff with your partner.

We will answer the following questions. These questions are reproduced with permission from our lovely Swap-Bot Ambassador Rebecca (thebragal).

You may skip any ONE question as long as you describe why you want to skip it.

End of year questions

What did you do in 2014 that you had not done before?

Did you keep your New Year's Resolutions and will you make more for next year?

Did anyone close to you give birth? Or become pregnant?

Did anyone close to you die?

What places have you visited?

What would you like to have in 2015 that you lacked in 2014 (doesn't have to be a physical thing)?

What date from 2014 will remain etched in your memory and why?

What was your biggest achievement this year?

Did you suffer illness or injury? How about your family?

What was the best thing you bought?

Where did most of your disposable income go (money leftover after you pay for food, transportation and shelter)?

What song will always remind you of 2014?

What do you wish you would have done more of?

What do you wish you would have done less of?

What was your favorite new TV program? Or if you didn't pick up any new shows, what are you still watching.

What was the best book you read this year?

What did you do on your birthday and how old were you? Did you feel any differently?

What political or social issue stirred you the most?

Who was the best new person you met?

What changed at your job?

What changed in your home?

Describe how a relationship changed.

Do you think you are still the same person that you were at the beginning of the year?

Summarize the year in three words or less. Bonus points for doing it in one word. Explain.

How have people around you changed?

What have you learned throughout the year? (Other than crafts)

What was your favourite outfit for warm weather? Cooler weather?

Did you learn any new crafts or techniques?

What are your hopes and dreams for the new year?

Take this time to enjoy and reflect. You are one year older and wiser and you have learnt a lot of things along the way and you are a little bit different then you were last year. Life is hard but wonderful- lets celebrate it with good friends.
