If you are posting things on my profile for me, I will ask that you don't post identical pics of those things on someone else's profile. I believe that no 2 profiles should EVER look the same...and some people are choosing great pics but are then repeating those on all participants profiles and when I go visiting, I see the same thing on the right of people's profiles and it takes away from all that uniqueness and individuality that the swapper has worked so hard to achieve on the left side of their profile.
If you are reading this and are a dedicated swapper, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go the extra mile and never post the same picture on someone else's profile. Although these swaps are electronic and do not require $ in terms of postage, we are lovely and unique individuals we should honour that uniqueness and try to deliver individuality in our electronic swaps as well. When done correctly, everyone will have an awesome profile and will look forward to visiting their own profile as a break from the daily grind.
I have been reading to my boys for the past 15 years now and it has become such a tradition that we have taken it so many steps further and created art and crafts of the characters we have come to know and love.
Of course, I must start with the Harry Potter Series. Both my boys have read and loved this world so much that I can not help love it along with them (even though I read it before they came along).
Of course, my favourite characters may be different to the usual suspects and I have my reasons. If you want, we can compare and contrast why in a thread of our own but here they are:
Severus Snape / Alan Rickman
Remus Lupin / David Thewlis
