Description:
This is the third in a series of swaps based on a variety of supplies. This will be using UTEE. (Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel) DETAILS: Create an ATC of any theme or design not offensive to your partner, and use UTEE. Use a stamp or free-style application, and use UTEE to create a glossy hard plastic finish on part or all of your ATC. Be sure your ATC back is sturdy enough to handle the extra weight of the product, not just a thin piece of card stock. label the back with your name, username and swap name send on time and rate promptly
