@notme78 This might be a dumb question, however this would be my first Etsy swap. We can just have it shipped straight from Etsy to our partner right? As soon as we purchase the item, or items do we mark sent that day? Just want to make sure I get everything correct.

You have the seller send the item directly to your partner, also ask the seller to include a note with what swap it is and from whom.
And yes you mark the swap as sent the same day as you have clicked purchased on the item(s).
