I'm a 34 years old girl, can be a bit shy at start, before i get to know others, but once you get to know me, then I can be very talkative. I'm honest, kind, friendly and open minded person.
I'm not a girly girl person, so i hardly use skirts or dresses, unless i really need to. And i not a fashion type of person either. I wear what i like and feel comfortable in. Also i don't wear any make up, never had that interest and it ain't me.
Told you i'm not a girly girl lol.
I live on a small island, on the western part of Norway. Here i've lived pretty much most of my life. Love the great nature that we got here. What could be better, than to only have 2 minutes walk down to the sea, or some other short time either walking to the mountain or forest? Love it, though i prefer beeing by the sea much more than on a mountain.

I love animals, well most, not all (i hate snakes, spiders, rats and mice). I got two cats, well three if i also count my parents cat also. Since i was born we've always had cats and dogs.
I don't have any dogs right now, but i want to have one in the future hopefully.

My Family: I got one sister (she's older than me), and she lives with her fiance. And they got a wonderful babygirl (she was born in august 2010). Unfortunaelly they live about 8-9 hours drive away from us, so we don't get to see them as often as we want to :(
Then i got my parents, their great.

I love swapping and penpalling. I've been penpalling for around 20 years or so now, and i still enjoy writing letters. I'm a bit picky lately when it comes to penpalling. I prefer really long letters. Don't get me wrong i love getting the letters from all of my penpals, even though they write short or long ones. But i know some people you get good contact with, and some not. And it's easier to write long letters to thoose you got good contact with, writes long letters back, answer and asks questions and comment on what you write in the letter. So i like quality letters, not quantity. Writing letters is a great way to get new friends, but also to learn about traditions, other countries, cultures and so on.

If i sometime get an item, that for some reason i don't need or collect, then i will send it to someone else. Don't take this the wrong way, but we all now and then get an item or two that we don't need. And i think it's better to give it a new home, instead of just throw it away. If you for some reason feel like passing on an item you get from me to someone else, that's fine with me. Also when coming to prices, when living in Norway, things costs. So if an item costs for example $2 in one country, it can cost 4-5 timers as much here in Norway.

I love reading crime books. But i read some other books also, as long as i find them interesting. "Granny Dan" and "Poirot" is some of my favourite books.
Danielle Steel, Agatha Christie, Margit Sandmo and Stephen King is my favourite authors.

My favourite colors are: blue, green, red, black and white.
Some of my interests are: reading, writing letters, collecting things, animals, nature, photography, swapping, scrapbooking, family, friends, travelling, computer, internet...

Dvds: I collect them, and the dvds must be in region code, as that's the only type my dvd player can play. There's lots of dvds on my wishlist, so wise to check first if i got a certain dvd or not before sending an dvd.

Though i'm what you call an beginner when it comes to scrapbooking, but i love this hobby. Unfortunaelly i live in a small place, so not easy to get a variety of different scrapbooking supplies. I use 12x12 format on the scrapbooking. When sending a package to Norway. It's important to add a custome declaration sticker, and fill it out right. There you tell what is in the package, and it's value. If the value is to high (above 28 us dollars), then i have to pay taxes, if it's not marked properly as a gift.
And if there is no custome declaration, someone will open the package, and sort through it to see if i have to pay for it. As you can imagine this would be no fun.

Also, i got migraine, so please don't send anything with strong smell or scent, as this can trigger my migraine, and i get sick.
