We all have things we want to work on for ourselves, but many of us forget, put it off, or just make it too darn complicated. So here's an idea!

Think of 3 goals that you want to work on every day. Examples could be '1. Clean something in my house completely-- like wipe down ALL your kitchen counters one day, organize that shelf another day, and so on. 2. Do something for just me-- whether it's take a nap, buy some flowers, have a quiet cup of morning tea/coffee in the morning, write a journal entry that is all yours and unhurried, keep an ATC you're hating the idea of letting go--of course you'll have to make another, but still! 3. Read 5 pages of a book everyday! (You'll be done in no time!)

Journal whether or not you accomplished your three goals every day and 5 things about them, the process, your feelings as you go through this, improvements, frustrations... etc.

Sticker slap this thing. Not in an ugly way, but as an easy, quick way to dress it up. Use plain ol' notebook paper or a paper with lines to keep yourself organized.

And enjoy yourself! Make your goals things that make your life better... (One of mine right now is to dance everyday for 15-20 mins... I'm going to be more fit, feel more sexy, and hopefully get better at something other than ballroom dancing, which no one my age does... thank you mum and dad.

Have fun! And thank you;)

I love this idea! Just want to make sure I understand. We select thre things then journal about those three things for 21 days. We dress the journal up with art (doodles, stickers, notes). Then we send off our journal to our partner at the end of the 21 day challenge?
