Write/type a list of 100 Affirmations.

You can write them randomly or write a few for various aspects of your eg. Health, Work/Business, Spiritual etc.

HOW TO WRITE YOUR OWN AFFIRMATIONS: " 1. The affirmation should always be in the first person. You must understand that you are improving your own self talk. And self talk is always in the first person, thus your affirmations should be too.

  1. It should always be in the present tense. Never the future or the past, since that is against the purpose. The subconscious mind always thinks in the present moment, so you should craft your affirmations the same way too.

  2. The affirmation should always be in a positive tone. This also means that it should not be a reverse of a negative. Your subconscious mind picks up on the feeling of the word you are uttering at the very moment. It does not analyze what you are saying.

For example: "I am not unhealthy" is wrong. "I am healthy" is right." written by Behoz, aka Andrew Stone

Optional extras: Send your partner something uplifting eg. card or profile related. Share on the List 100 Blog
