Description:

Party time again! Let's find another reason to celebrate!

Check this Bizarre and Unique Holidays' calendar and choose 3-5 options - what would you like to celebrate (seriously or not) in December. List these in swap comments. Once the partners have been assigned, check the comments to see what holidays your partner listed, choose one of these, and create them a greeting card using photo(s) taken by you and suitable for the occasion. Write inside your greetings and send the card off in an envelope, just as you'd do with any other holiday.

Please choose sufficiently bizarre or unique holidays for your list, not something for which you could buy a card from any supermarket. Christmas and other common winter holidays are not bizarre! Please check out the "Happy [Traditional End Of Year Holiday]!" swap for that. Also, make sure you have posted your holidays by partner-assigning time - it is not fair to make your sending partner worry if/when can they start planning their card. You don't have to do it before or right after signing up, though - you may take your time choosing the best holidays.

The minimum that you must do for the card is to take a photo (or find an earlier one) that suits one of the themes your partner chose, have it qualitatively printed and fix it to a cardboard base. If you wish and can, you are welcome to do fancier things, but this is not required in any way (and don't embellish your photo to death). Your photo may be as bizarre as you want, too, as long as it suits the holiday it is for!
