I struggle with bouts of anxiety. Maybe you do too, or with another mental health issue that's similar or related.

It's hard not to try to figure out WHY it's happening, and to focus on that, instead of focusing on getting through it Often there isn't really a reason for it, and you can't stop it or make it better, it just happens, kind of like catching a cold - it has to run its course. But sometimes there are things you can do to help yourself cope and get through it until it does pass.

What are you anxiety relief tips and tricks? Let's share with each other, because the more help you can get the better.

You will have one swap partner and you will share via email at least 5 tips that help you personally to deal with your anxiety. Do not simply look things up online and share them. Share things that you have done that helped you.

If you WANT to, you can also tell your swap partner a little bit about yourself, what makes you anxious, or anything else you feel like sharing. But only the 5 tips are required.

VERY QUICK TURN-AROUND time because, personally, I'm feeling kind of anxious right now! If no one joins soon enough, I will extend the sign up and send by, but hopefully it will go as originally posted.

Sorry, I always forget the time zones...I'm 16 hrs ahead of swapbot time....it's now 4:22pm 29th Dec. and only gone midnight for you. Lol
