So, New Zealand can't be a card I could choose? Even Hawaii (even though it's a state) would be considered a part of Oceania, which means they aren't part of a continent.

True, true. For this swap let's call anything in Oceania part of Australia's continent, and in the next I'll re-phrase it. As per Hawaii, that's tricky, but I think we'll stick to North America for the sake of this swap. I don't think I'd be keen on getting a California card and a Hawaii one in the same go, for example. Good Q's!!! I'll revise for the next one!
