Description:

Reminder: These swaps are up and running again! I am, however, not doing them weekly but monthly. If we get enough participants, we can send one card each to 2 or 3 partners.

This is a monthly swap for Christmas postcards. Your cards need to be store bought or (VERY NICELY) handmade. The cards are sender's choice. (I hand-make my cards by recycling the fronts of the beautiful cards I receive each Christmas. It is still an easy swap and saves a bit of cash for me and gets me into the “reduce, re-use, recycle” plan to help save a little bit of our environment.) So, NICELY DONE handmade cards are OK—as are purchased postcards, of course. We just need to be certain our handmade cards are high quality.

You will send one card to one or more partners, depending on the number who sign up for the swap. The number of partners will never be more than 3. These cards need to be sent written and stamped (=naked). We've had only 3 participants in previous swaps (discouraging!!), so I will leave the number of partners at 2 or 3 until I see how many join us this time. Please bear with me with this until I know the usual number of swappers who join each month.

If there are things you don't want to receive, for example, religious cards, please mention it in the comments below and / or as part of your profile. Also, when you prefer written/unwritten in an envelope, mention it in the comments. If you have a handmade postcard that cannot be sent naked, contact your partners first, and ask if they agree with an envelope.

This swap is only for postcards. So no greeting/note cards, please :-). Most importantly, have FUN!
