Despite the title this has nothing to do with hating bicyclists. But as suggested by the title has everything to do with birthdays. small flat rate box. no price range. blah blah blah. It's like the Christmas swap but in April and with less Christmas themed stuff. Duh. I don't even know why you make me set up swaps for these.
