Same rules as ever... you will make 2 ATCs for each of your 2 partners. Put a picture of the pterodactyl on it, draw Owen's most arrogant stare or do something else as long as it has something to do with Torchwood. I'd so love to do this swap and the Doctor Who one but I think I'm just not going to have the time. :(
