This swap is for the month of August. I have had several requests to run this one again!
Are you currently working on changes in your life to make yourself healthier or happier? Or would you like to get started in making some changes to your life? We could all use a little extra support along the way!
In this swap, you will be paired with one partner for the month of August. You should send your partner an e-mail or message explaining what you are currently wanting to achieve (moderated eating, increased activity, weight loss, more positive self-image, organization, et cetera). All goals are to be accepted and not judged. You will send this introduction e-mail to your partner by August 3rd. Then your partner will help to support you through the month of August. The more detail you provide, the more helpful your partner can be. You are expected to make contact a minimum of four times (approximately one each week in August).
Forms of support can include positive and encouraging e-mails, postcards, pictures, and letters; motivational quotes; small items sent by mail; recipe sharing; perhaps create a Pinterest board just for your swap partner and send her the link (and keep adding to it throughout the month). Anything that would help to encourage and support your partner goes!
Newbies are welcome with a rating of 4.9 and a well-filled-out profile. I will angel if needed. This is a Type 2 swap because it is anticipated you will use flat mail, but you are welcome to send a little gift â€“ perhaps to celebrate the success of the month. I am keeping this in the U.S. this time, but I will gladly do an international version in August or September if there is interest.
