Description:

You will be creating one mini file folder pocket for your partner, and tucking at least 3 goodies inside.

Using an envelope punch board is the simplest and fastest way to create your pocket. If you do not have one, you will need to improvise :) Either way you will be starting with a 1/2 sheet of regular size paper (5 1/2 X 8 1/2"). It will be folded in 1/2 and have at least one file folder tab on it. If you do not have the punch board and can't find a suitable template, feel free to take a store bought file folder and make it to size for your base.

Finished size should be about 4.25" X 5.5" (not setting this in stone, but aim for around this size).

This video tutorial will help you get started and give you ideas

You will be decorating and embellishing your pocket, and at least 3 goodies will go inside. Colors, style, and any theme are completely up to you.

Some ideas of what to include might be little tags, an ATC created by you, cute die cuts or punchies, embellishments, tea, a bookmark, etc. Only ONE of your items may be handmade.

This swap is sender's choice, but it's always nice to take a look at your partner's profile to see if there's something that would be more special to them.

I'm leaving lots of time on this since the holidays are fast approaching.

If you aren't sure of something, or need help, don't hesitate to contact me or post questions below.

ETA: In the linked video, she makes the front and back the same height. It would be acceptable to make the front a bit lower, as shown in the photo above.

I hope you will have fun creating!
