Description:

I just bought a pack of really unique geisha postcards and I was inspired to make a swap with a bit of a poetic twist. ♥ On the back, write your own haiku poem! Haiku is an elegant form of japenese poetry consisting of three lines. The first line has 5 syllables, the next line has 7 syllables, the last line has 5 syllables.

How to write a haiku--- http://www.essortment.com/all/haikuwritehow_rduy.htm More Info on haiku--- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haiku ♥ On the front--- Postcards should be 'geisha themed' and can be store bought or hand made.

♥ Send your postcard bare with no envelope :-D ♥ This is an international swap, and is open to anyone with raitings of 4.5 or higher. Newbies with filled out profiles are welcome. I will be banning potential flakers, profiles with no-sends. If you have any questions feel free to send me a message or leave a comment on my page. ♥

I believe you meant to say: "The first line has 5 syllables, the next line has 7 syllables, the last line has 5 syllables. It does not have to rhyme, and usually pertains to nature. Have fun with this one.
