huh??? your swap says 'international' and in your description you say '5-8 USD' and ' only Europe member' . I'm confused.....

I interpret this as being for swappers who live in Europe only (perhaps she should have used "Regional - Europe" instead of "International"), and that she is quoting USD because there is more than one currency in Europe and everyone seems to know what their currency is against the USD.
