Description:

This is the Halloween themed version of my rounds of Happy Mail, Yay! (that you can see here).

Don't you just love getting home and finding awesome and colorful mail in your mailbox? If you do, then this is the swap for you.

The requirements are:

Send a super cute envelope in a Halloween theme, using any medium you want, stickers, washi tape, rubber stamps, anything, just make sure it looks super cute. No sticker slapping, this is a mail art swap, you have to put your heart into it. There's no need to be extra talented, but you need to do your best to make your partner happy.

Look through your stash and include the following flat items:

  • 1 Halloween themed sticker sheet

  • 5 washi tape samples (12 inch/30 centimeters each). If possible, send Halloween themed washi samples, if that's not possible, choose Halloween colors like black, orange, purple, maybe white as a ghost, anything that looks more Halloweeny.

  • 1 Halloween postcard (store-bought or handmade)

  • 1 teabag If you can find a Halloween themed teabag, then great. If not, choose a flavor that reminds you of Halloween or a teabag with an orange, black or purple wrapping (or any other wrapping that you think fits the theme). And if you're feeling extra creative, make your own teabag wrapping (remember not to take the teabag off of its original wrapping).

  • 3 Halloween themed items of your choice Store-bought or handmade. Some ideas: bookmarks, extra stickers, tags, die cuts, stationery, blank notecards, handmade envelopes, confetti, postage stamps, ephemera, smash bits, project life cards, the list is endless.

Please also include a nice Halloween themed note or card for your partner and don't forget to include your username and swap name.

This is a sender's choice swap, so you can get started on your swap as soon as you want. It's always nice to check your partner's profile, but ultimately this is sender's choice, so if you receive something you don't like, you can send it in another round of these swaps or any other swap.

The total weight of your envie should be no more than 40-50 grams, so that neither of us spends too much on postage. Use postage stamps if possible.

Requirements: People with a 4.98 rating and a minimum of 40 rated type 2 and 3 swaps (rated, not just sent). You must have been a Swap-bot member for the past 6 months and have been online at least 2 days before partners are assigned. No recent or unexplained 1's or 3's. I reserve the right to ban swappers as I see fit.

Please rate your partner promptly and if there's any issues with your outgoing/incoming mail, get in touch with your partner (and me if needed). Remember communication is key.

I will angel this swap in case someone flakes, but I'll make sure to remove all questionable swappers and make this swap as safe as possible.

If you have any questions, suggestions or doubts, please don't hesitate to contact me or add a comment below.

Remember you can use #happymailyay on social media to share your Happy Mail, Yay! pics.

Happy swapping everyone!

Hi everyone!! I had a household emergency and couldn't post a swap that was due today, and I'll be taking it to the PO this Saturday morning. Therefore, I've decided I won't be assigning partners tomorrow. I'll be doing so after I've sent my late swap, so if you could please wait until Saturday noon, that would be great. Thanks for understanding.
