We have all suffered loss. We all cope in different ways. Recently Iโve been trying to cope and I know it always helps to share what we are going through. It also helps when the person you share with is a stranger. So for this swap I want to write one letter to one person explaining the hurt you are going through. Whether itโs the loss of a close friend, a fur baby, a family member, or even if itโs a different kind of hurt. Maybe youโre struggling with addiction. Maybe youโre having problems at home on your marriage or family. And maybe you are just having a hard time at work. Whatever it is it will be a NO JUDGMENT swap. For a lot of people itโs easier to open up to a stranger and it sometimes helps us to open up to the ones we love.
So one letter any length you need it to be. After that there are no rules. If you wish to respond and give encouraging words or advice thatโs up to you.
And please remember this is to help people work through something so no judgments of any matter. I know it can be hard to open up and not everyone is gifted with spelling and grammar as well as everyone has flaws no one is perfect and we all make mistakes in our lives.
