Description:

I LOVE crafting with magazines! You can even find free outdated issues at your public library. Grab your scissors and some tape, let's get started!

You will send:

-3 envelopes made from magazine pages (size up to sender, just make sure it is usable for the person to pass on a nice letter with. Nothing super tiny, must be able to be mailed!)

-3 pages of handmade stationery made with (but not limited to) magazine pages. Very open ended here. The stationery does NOT have to match the coordinating envelope but that would be a fun touch!

-Package your items in a larger handmade magazine envelope (can use multiple pages!)

Please do not join this swap if you are picky about colors or styles. If you receive a swap with 3 envelopes and 3 stationery pages, packaged in a magazine envelope, rate a 5!

-I will check every profile before assigning partners.

-Please have a well filled out profile.

-Everyone must have completed at least eight type 3 swaps.

-Only those with 5 ratings are allowed.

I will be VERY careful about who is allowed to join since this is my second time coordinating. I want it to go smoothly!

I will angel if you do not receive a stationery set. Just make sure you have given your partner adequate time and attempted to contacted them if flaking happens. Once you rate them a 1, I'll send it your way!

Thanks for joining! :)

Hope this swap goes well for you! I'm just starting out and I have templates for envelopes and TONS of magazines, but not enough ratings yet. I'm already overwhelmed just with doing multiple easy swaps this week, so I need more practice before hitting the big leagues like this, but if it goes well: please do this same one again later on! and: I don't know how you'd make stationery from a magazine page. glue a blank pieces of paper to a magazine page? :thinking emoji:

@snager I've made magazine stationery just like how you described! Layering different papers to add texture. It's really open ended and up for interpretation! I'll message you. :)
