~O~ Recipe Postcard Swap

Launch gallery slideshow

Swap Coordinator:Susi (contact)
Swap categories: Postcards
Number of people in swap:53
Last day to signup/drop:February 2, 2009
Date items must be sent by:February 9, 2009
Number of swap partners:4

Here's how it works:

Just take a postcard, homemade or store bought, and send a recipe on it. It can be a recipe for anything. Soup, dessert, cocktails, mac and cheese, whatever you prefer, but it must start with the letter of the swap. This swap's letter is "O". You will send the (1) postcard with a recipe to (4) partners.

The postcard itself does not have to have a recipe on it. The postcard can be of anything at all, but instead of writing a note you will write a recipe.

The postcard should be stamped and mailed. Do not use an envelope unless your swap partner requests it.

This swap is open to all, International is encouraged so we get lots of different recipes, newbies are okay with a completed profile. No recent no-sends, no ratings less than 4.7. (Or PM me if you have a good reason)

Don't forget to put the name of the swap and your name on the postcard so your partner can rate you!!

*One last note. The alphabet idea is just to give us a direction. If you miss a few or if we've already started and you didn't start with us, don't be afraid to start up. The idea is to spread delicious recipes across the world :)

*I will not be able to angel this swap.

I just sent out my -N- cards. My only sadness is that I haven't been here since -A-!

This is a great way to use up those vintage postcards that really don't fit any other swaps... having a purpose other than the pic on the front is a great idea... glad I came across this!

The gift that keeps on giving, hey Suzi you're starting this over when it gets to "Z" right? Then even if people had already participated it would give them even more recipes and all us newbies to the swap a chance to alphabetize!
